Fairy Tale Feast @ Mcdonald's

Shrek- my entire day revolved around it. A shrek meal for lunch just before catching the movie.

Fairy Tale Feast comes with a Chicken Teppanyaki Burger, Seaweed Shaker Fries and Iced Green Tea -all at $7.45 plus a 15 minute wait. Both the price and preparation time exceeded my typical fastfood definition, yet it didn't outshine tastewise.


Shrek Burger Box


Chicken Teppanyaki Burger

A slab of marinated chicken thigh topped with lettuce, peppery mayonnaise on an elongated oat bun. Bun was good, softly toasted and something different from the usual.

But the chicken? Full of fats and way overdone in marination. The spicy pepperyness together with sharp emissions of sodium was just too overwhelming.



Seaweed Shaker Fries

Another sodium-blasting component after mixing with the seasoning powder. At least the seaweed flavour appeared more delectable.
