Wham! Burger

This is a much talked-about burger stall in the makansutra forums and it was once featured on the Today newspaper. There were only 3 burgers to choose from, namely the beef, chicken and crispy fish.

Chicken Wham!burger ($4.80)

Lots of lettuce was given, so much that most of it had fallen out of the burger. The soft bun was thick, and rather fluffy.


The thick chicken thigh meat is marinated in a satay marinade, making it rather savoury. However, most parts were slightly too burnt and dry.

Crispy Fish Wham!burger ($4.80)

A slab of fresh breaded fish deepfried to a nice golden brown colour, with a dollop of tartar sauce.

Overall: The chicken burger i tried was although special (due to the satay sauce) but was not exactly fascinating. For the same price, i would prefer superdog's chicken burger.
