Post-results dinner with ferena, jessica and audrey. Had 2 sets of the Loveberry Delight Meal For Two at $29.90 each. Includes 2 Soup-of-the-day, 4pcs Honey Roasted Wings, 1 Loveberry Pizza, 2 glasses of Pepsi and 1 'Nuts About You' Brownie.
Berry Potion ($4.90, or additonal $2.90 to tradeup)
"An irresistible mix of berry puree and sparkling soda, topped with a scoop of strawberry ice-cream and a sprinkling of fresh strawberries"
Fer and Jess upgraded their Pepsi to this. It looks really tempting! But they commented that the 'berry puree' was actually strawberry jam and it was oversweet.
Cream of Mushroom Soup
Finally i see this as their soup-of-the-day instead of the boring Cream of Chicken! But their mushroom soup was just ordinary- watery and tasted like canned soup with some added mushroom slices.
Summer Vegetable Soup
This is the long-standing soup which they serve daily. It is peppery-spicy and comes with many veggie bits.
Honey Roasted Wings
I think the marinade was pretty good and all of us liked it. But i still preferred their sweet n' spicy drumlets.
Loveberry Pizza
"Decked with succulent chicken ham, roasted chicken, juicy pineapple bits, diced tomatoes and fresh strawberries on cool lime mayonnaise base sauce with our signature pan crust. Swoon over the most romantic pizza ever at Pizza Hut"
It appeared to be quite big in size, but was still manageable between two people. Pizza Hut is like one of the few serving thick bread crusts these days as many have switched to the thin biscuit-like crusts. The crust was kind of hard on the outside and horribly coated with oil. Lime-mayo base tasted good but they were too stingy on toppings. ooh, i simply love the savoury roasted chicken slices!
Wondering where is our brownie dessert? We forgot all about it and left the restaurant without eating it! The worse part is, the staff did not even bother to remind us, how stupid.
Overall: The meal was actually quite expensive and our bill came out to about $70+. It wasn't worth it especially since we didn't get to eat our brownies! ):
