Every tcc outlet is taken as an art boutique caffe featuring unique designs and furnishing. Its wonderful to see how they blend art into dishes of food and gourmet coffees.

Cappuccino Italiano ($5.60)

warm nice cup of cappuccino with two petite butter cookie bites.

tcc Kahlua Salmon ($15.80)
"fresh salmon pan-seared and then baked until tender. served with mashed potato and our very own concoction- tcc's coffee sauce. Garnished with asparagus and rose petals"

now, this is a novelty! a special match of salmon with coffee sauce is really interesting.

tcc TMH Sandwich ($9.90)
"delightful and luscious. sandwich bread filled with tomatoes, mango, crispy lettuce and chicken ham"

The sandwich bread was real thick- double the thickness of the usual bread; panfried until crispy. The smooth ham, tomatoes and mango slices was indeed a refreshing combination. All i disliked was the overload of mayonnaise.

Upside Down "Lilikoi" Cheesecake ($7.90)
"a dreamy creamy cheesecake infused with a hint of passion-fruit fragrance. topped with shredded filo pastry and served with chocolate sauce and berries"

The cheesecake was so light and felt just like mousse. Lacking totally in the cheese taste, the passionfruit flavour was strong and made it seem like a passionfruit mousse. But the shredded filo pastry went really well with the soft cake, creating a contrast of textures.

Starry Cocoa Bananas ($6.80)

An order off the shelve. Basically just chocolate mousse with ripened banana slices.

Overall: I'm quite amused by how they can maintain the exact appearances of their dishes throughout all the outlets. Lots of efforts are put into the designs so food appreciation is important when you dine at TCC (:
