Being one of the first few gelato counters in Singapore, Haato stands as a unique brand offering freshly-made gelato based on traditional recipes from Japan. With that, they have been earning rave reviews by many local newspaper and magazines.


The many flavours available are heartily prepared without the use of any preservatives or artificial colouring. Only quality pingredients are dedicated to the making of these delightful treats. Indeed, their version of gelato is divine.

The real stuff is defined- seriously remarkable premium gelato! The fresh mango flavour is kept simple with its harmonious subtle scent which lingers delightfully in the mouth. It comes creamy without any hint of overwhelming sweetness and simply makes you crave for more. Thats how addictive it was!

I loved the made-to-order waffle as well. Toasted to perfection, the skin offered a distinct crisp. Biting on, it breaks into a soft warm interior; well-fluffy with a rich milky taste. yummy~ It tastes heavenly even on its own.

1/4 Waffle with Chocolate Gelato ($3.50)

Again another credible flavour with the rich creamy chocolate taste.

Overall: It currently takes the No.1 position on my gelato list due to the luxuriously premium quality. Outstanding icecream paired with unexpectedly scrumptious waffles, need i say more?
