Pots & Pans Western
humble street-style western

Mum introduced us to this humble street-style western food stall near her workplace. Although being of the few only stalls of the market hawker centre to open for business at night, they are still able to draw in many patrons.

Working on a 2-man operation, the stall is organisedly managed- one cooks and one serves. However, a 15 minute wait was inevitaly incurred in the evening as they were still in the midst of preparing the food.

Chicken Chop ($5)

The chicken chop fared well in terms of searing and marinating; the meat was juicy and entirely tasty. Portions are quite large but the sides were just on the average side- the straightcut fries and garlic bread didn't particularly impress.

Overall: I find that its a tad higher in standard than the normal western food stalls around and service came friendly. However, they should try to use leaner meat.
