Yong He left a deep impression in me during my childhood days because my family used to come here pretty often for breakfast. Since young it is known to me as the place with "very nice floss pastry", which is none other than their signature shaobing.


Finally, a proper family breakfast here after picking dad up from the airport. We ordered soya beancurd with peanuts, soyabean milk and a shaobing for each of us!

All of us chose different fillings; porkfloss & egg omeletee for dad, egg omelette for sis, red bean paste for mum...

and a pork floss one for me!

Those tasty floss would never fail to go wrong with their yummy pastry. The pastry came in distinctive layers which were firm to the bite and absolutely greasefree.

Overall: This will always remain as one of my favourite breakfast eating places. The best part is, they are open 24 hours so you can have your shaobing fix anytime!
