Once again, we ordered 3 to share because 2 is never enough for cheesecake lovers like me.
Blueberry Cheesecake ($6.50)
Simply the ultimate blueberry cheesecake you can ever find- its perfect in both texture and taste. Soft and smooth, yet maintaining a tad of firmness for the texture punch. Tastewise it is a wonderful balance of cheese and the slightest sweetness with absolutely no overkill of either. Furthermore, it comes well complemented by blueberry jam of the right consistency and containing little bits of the real fruit. I love the biscuit base-flakily layered and bears a subtle buttery flavour.
Every bite is a little piece of heaven, YUM.
Cherry Cheesecake ($6.50)
This week's special is a plain cheesecake topped with fresh cherry filling bursting with sourness. The cheese comes a level more delicate; ultra smooth and of the finest light texture. This one melts incredibly in the mouth but i wasn't exactly fond of the sour cherries.
Peanut Butter Cheesecake ($6.90)
One of their house specials and also a wonderful choice for the peanut butter lovers. This version has got a decent peanut butter flavour blended in with the cheese and is further enhanced by chunky peanut butter topping. Texture is a tad firmer, offering a more substantial feel.
Overall: I have raved twice about them but the raving continues.. Divine quality cheesecakes, cosy comfortable ambience, friendly efficient service, relaxing lightning and seatings, range of magazines for browsing. Everything comes together under-one-roof and its all at THE CHEESECAKE CAFE.
My favourite cafe with the ultimate satisfaction.
