Waffle Caramel Chip Cheesecake
A substantial slice of Coffee Bean's new creation came at a price of $4.90. The innovative usuage of a waffle base was a novelty for me; it was soft and soaked to release moisture when bitten into. Quite complementary to their averagely rich cheese but the best had to be that rustic sweet touch of caramel.
This sure did gladden my sweet tooth!
