Cedele @ VivoCity

-where i got a quick lunch settled. I like this outlet here; never too crowded so its more peaceful and comfortable for some self-dining.

Smoked Salmon Sandwich ($7)

None of the 4 bread choices for that day particularly appealed to me but i guess the Wholemeal Linseed would be a better one. It was quite good actually, much softer than i had expected and contained plenty of linseed grains. A thick cut of it came with juicy tomatoes slices, lettuce and four flavoursome smoked salmon pieces!

I loved how the sharp sensations of sodium (from the salmon) contrasted with the other blander ingredients- it simply stands out. The whole combination was scrumptious and i enjoyed almost every part of it except that pungent dill & yogurt dressing. This spoiler was totally unbearable, good thing i had it separated (:

Organic Soy Milk ($3.50)

Extra bliss to have a cuppa warm healthy organic soymilk together with their sandwiches. Sip it down to moisten those bites of dry bread- its lovely!

Some quality bread i had, but this round of guilt-free satisfaction didn't come too cheap though.

the organic soya milk is my regular every time I visit Cedele. You can have your latte with soya milk instead of the regular milk.
