Say Cheezecake

A new discovery to have my next cheesecake fix!

whoo i already feel so tempted to enter just by looking at their display of cheesecakes. Trying them is a definite yes-yes, without a doubt!

The interior area was spacious and smartly-furnished to give a modern yet comfortable ambience. Other than cheesecakes, a whole western-fusion menu is offered- with all dishes cooked in a open concept kitchen. Very attentive and welcoming service as well.

Being spoilt for choices with the cheesecake variety its not a good thing for me. I had a hard time deciding but eventually settled for a classic blueberry cheesecake.

Blueberry Cheesecake ($5.90)

A decent thumb-up rendition. Even before the taste could impress, the efforts to beautify the cake with a pretty and detailed presentation already came as a plus point. And then a bite of it became a double bliss- cheese so fine and cohesive in texture without any overrun in sugar or heavyness. It softens well in the mouth but gave an occasional slight hint of dryness. Excellent baked base as well, made up of perfectly mashed biscuit crumbs far from cloying nor buttery.

Yummy!

Cookie Monster Cheesecake ($6.50)

Here's a good choice for the less serious cheesecake fans- a fancier combination of cheesecake, brownie and mousse. The brownie was commendable with plenty of walnuts but the dry hardened cheese needed some fine-tuning.

Place nice, Service excellent, Cakes yum. With all three aspects covered, this will certainly be the next place i'll frequent. I wanna try their apple, strawberry and mango ones!
