Soyamillk Cake from Swee Heng Bakery

Saw this nice looking thing rather appealing with its bright green colour. Furthermore, the mention of soya milk makes it seem like a real healthy choice- and its only $1.



One heavy cake i must say, probably due to the soyamilk's moisture. Although generally dense, the interior is still smooth, soft and airy. A prolonged taste of soya milk only comes after a few seconds of chewing- not bad at all!
