Tio Glutton Cheesestick

A snacking session with Clarissa at Taka's food basement.



I admit it- i never fail to stare at the wholesome cream puffs whenever i walk pass the Beard Papa counter. However, this time i happened to come across the interesting making of these sticks. Blocks of baked cheese are mass-sliced by a machine into equal portions and then assembled onto cream-topped bases. Obviously, i cannot resist the temptations of not getting one.



Cheesestick ($1.20)

It was so special to have a cheesecake set on a puff pastry! The cheese was dense and nicely rich, going really well with the flaky base. Not too sweet nor overcheesy for me. yum!
